Terms and conditions

Updated: 4 September 2026

These terms govern access to and use of Safe-In, including personal accounts, visitor portals, and organisation management services.

1. Using Safe-In

You must provide accurate information, use Safe-In lawfully, and follow the access and safety requirements of each participating organisation.

You are responsible for activity performed through your account or a paired device under your control.

2. Accounts and access

Keep account credentials and device pairing details confidential. Tell your organisation administrator or Safe-In support promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

Organisation administrators are responsible for assigning appropriate roles and removing access when it is no longer required.

3. Visitor operations

Safe-In supports visitor registration, appointments, check-in, checkout, deliveries, compliance acknowledgements, and safety communications. Participating organisations remain responsible for their workplace procedures and the instructions they provide.

4. Availability

We work to keep Safe-In available and secure, but uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed. Maintenance, third-party services, connectivity, or urgent security work may affect availability.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse Safe-In, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the service, upload unlawful content, or use visitor information for purposes unrelated to legitimate workplace operations.

6. Paid plans

Paid subscriptions renew according to the selected monthly or yearly billing period unless cancelled. Prices and applicable taxes are shown before purchase. Payment processing may be provided by Stripe.

7. Suspension and termination

Access may be restricted or terminated where necessary to protect people, data, the service, or other users, or where these terms are materially breached.

8. Contact

Questions about these terms can be submitted through the Safe-In support form.
